The 16 and under team will be holding practices for the month of March on Tues. (starting 3/4) from 530-7p and on Sundays from 11-1p at St. Mary's of the Deaf High School on Main St. in Buffalo.
The 15U team put up a fight this past weekend 5/26 posting a 3-1 record. The first game against local Buffalo Storm went into double sudden death over time and the defenders came out with a win. Forward Lindsey Lewis had the game winning bucket. Everyone on the team scored and the team really pulled together to rally the win.
Second game played was the Lady Lakers which we didn't end up so lucky. We ended up losing by 3pts. Sarah Healy had game high with 12pts.
Third game was Syracuse Stars which we posted a 46-41 win. Sarah Healy was game high with 21pts.
Lastly, we played a team from Honeoye Falls, and won and played a steller game defensively giving up only 27pts. Game highs were Katie Purcell and Sarah Healy with sixteen a piece. Alex Skorma followed by chipping in 9.
