The 16U team needed a 5 point victory in the last game of the Western Finger Lakes Tournament, to lay claim to their 1st pool championship of the season. The team led by 9 points in the 1st half, but ran out of gas in the second half and ended up on the short end of a hard fought game, 48 - 40. The team lost Paige Remington, for a minimum of 4 weeks, with a sprained wrist and ligament damage to her ankle. All Paige's teammates wish her a speedy recovery.
